The Story of A Game

As a rookie hockey parent I'm still learning a lot. How to tape a stick, how to lace the skates up just tight enough, where is "downlow", what really is a backcheck anyway? What took no time at all was to feel the joy of watching them play. And now, it is just as much a joy to have these photos. To look back and see the wide smiles, the celebrating sticks, a line of jerseys along the dashers, a knowing glance or fist bump from one teammate to another.
